Reservations

How can I make a reservation?
Please make your reservation by email at info@o-japan.co.jp (Attn: Urasawa) or through the reservation form on our website.
After we receive your inquiry, a member of our staff will contact you with further details.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made up to one day before the experience date.
Can I participate alone?
Absolutely. Individual participants are welcome.
Is a private experience available?
Yes, private experiences are available. Please note that pricing differs from regular sessions. We will provide details upon request.
Can I make a group reservation?
Yes, group reservations are welcome. A separate quotation will be provided based on the group size. Depending on the number of participants, the venue may be changed from our Kayabacho location.
Can the experience be used for corporate training or incentive travel programs?
Yes, our experiences are suitable for corporate training, team-building events, and incentive travel programs. A separate quotation will be provided based on your requirements.

About the Experiences

Can I participate even if I have no knowledge of Japanese culture?
Yes. No prior knowledge is required. Our instructors will guide you through the experience in an easy-to-understand manner.
Can children participate?
Generally, children aged 7 and above may participate. The participation fee is the same as for adults. Participation by preschool-aged children may be restricted depending on the workshop. Please contact us in advance.
Do I need to bring anything?
No. All materials and tools required for the experience will be provided. Casual clothing is perfectly acceptable.
                
Can I participate if I do not speak Japanese?
Yes. English interpretation is generally available during the experience. However, there may be occasions when an interpreter is not available. In such cases, English-language materials will be provided. Please inquire in advance.
                
Do you support languages other than English?
We do not normally provide interpretation in languages other than English. However, interpreters for other languages may be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
                
Can I take photos or livestream on TikTok or Instagram during the experience?
Yes. Photography, video recording, and livestreaming on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram are permitted. We kindly ask that you be considerate of other participants.
Because it can be difficult to take photos while participating, our staff will also take photos during the experience and provide the image data afterward.
                
May I post photos on social media?
Of course. We would appreciate it if you could tag us using #OJAPAN.

Payment

How much does the experience cost?
The fee varies depending on the type of experience and the number of participants. As a general guideline, the standard fee is JPY 10,000 per person (including tax).
What payment methods are accepted?
Please pay in cash to our staff at the end of the experience.
Currently, credit cards are not accepted, but we plan to introduce credit card payment options in the future.
Can I receive a receipt?
Yes. A receipt will be issued upon payment.

Venue

How do I get to the venue?
Our venue is located approximately 3 minutes on foot from Exit 3 of Kayabacho Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Tozai Line).
It is also about 20 minutes on foot (approximately 1.5 km) from the Yaesu North Exit of JR Tokyo Station.

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Can I leave my luggage at the venue?
Yes. We can temporarily store your luggage during the experience.
Is there a drop-off point for tour buses?
Yes. While the venue is located slightly off Eitai-dori Avenue, buses can stop briefly on Eitai-dori for passenger drop-off and pick-up.

Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Please notify us by email in advance.
Is there a cancellation fee?
A 100% cancellation fee applies for same-day cancellations.
If you wish to change the date of your reservation, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Other Questions

This is my first trip to Japan. Can I still participate?
Absolutely. Our staff will be happy to assist you and can also recommend sightseeing spots in Tokyo and other areas of Japan.
